We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. What we collect
Account data: email, name and university if you enter it, or your basic Google profile (name, email, picture) if you sign in with Google.
Project content: your requests and intake conversation, files you upload (templates, logos), the generated text and files, and “Ask about your project” messages.
Payment data: order number, amount, status and the MyPay transaction reference. We never receive or store card numbers or banking details; payment happens entirely at MyPay.
Technical data: limited error and operation logs to run and protect the service, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. Why we use it
To provide the service and run your projects, manage points and payments, contact you about your account, protect the platform from abuse and improve output quality.
We do not sell your data and do not use your projects for advertising.
3. Service providers
We rely on trusted providers that process data only as needed:
Supabase (database and sign-in) · Anthropic (Claude models that process your requests and write projects) · Vercel (web hosting) · Cloudflare (domain, email routing, secure connection) · MyPay (payments) · Google (sign-in, if you choose it) · Resend (sending emails).
When searching for sources and images we send only the topic and keywords to open scholarly services such as OpenAlex, Crossref and Wikimedia Commons, never your personal data.
4. Retention and security
Account and project data are kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and data; payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
Your projects are private to your account, protected by database-level access rules, and data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing support@tandeo.ly.
The platform is not intended for children under 16 without parental consent.
