Terms of Use

1. The service

Tandeo uses several AI models to help students and researchers prepare reports, research papers and graduation projects: gathering requirements, finding real scholarly sources, writing, formatting and producing files (Word and PDF).

The service is provided as is; we may add, change or discontinue features over time. Features marked “soon” are not available yet.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud or abuse the service.

3. Points, plans and payment

Points are used to run projects; each project shows its cost before you approve it. Points are deducted on approval and returned automatically if a project cannot be completed.

Plans are paid in Libyan dinars through MyPay using local payment methods. A plan lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. Its points are added as soon as MyPay confirms the payment.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. The prices on the plans page at the time of purchase apply.

Refunds follow the refund policy published on the platform.

4. Responsible academic use

Tandeo is a tool to help you research, write and learn. You alone are responsible for reviewing, verifying and understanding the content and for following your institution's rules on academic integrity and AI use.

We work to use real, verified references, but AI models can make mistakes in wording, summaries or figures. Do not rely on the content without reviewing it.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to produce abusive, misleading or infringing content, to attack, disrupt or scrape it beyond normal use, or to create fake accounts for points or referral rewards.

6. Ownership and content

What you upload (such as Word templates and logos) remains yours; you allow us to use it only to run your projects.

You may use the files your projects produce. External sources and images remain subject to their owners' rights and licences (e.g. CC BY), including attribution.

The Tandeo name, logo and platform design belong to us.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any grade or academic outcome and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. In any case our liability is limited to the price of the last plan you paid for in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page; continuing to use the platform means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya.
